I’ve created a 30 day practice of mindfulness that only takes a few minutes a day. The printable journal is free, with printable mantra cards and journaling prompts for each day.

There’s room on each page to journal and you can print it out, cut out the cards and carry them with you as mindfulness reminders, or even use the cards as a divination deck.
